Heritage Program For Senior Adults


The Heritage Program has been serving elder adults who suffer from emotional, behavioral or mental health disorders for over 15 years.

Physical decline, loss of independence, safety concerns and multiple losses are just a few that require special attention and contribute to depression and other mental health issues.

This program provides an intensive treatment program Monday through Friday. Patients are able to return to their homes each evening.

To maximize independence

Treatment is supervised by a Psychiatrist and provided by a team that includes masters level clinicians and mental health providers.
